As Coaches at Buffalo Creek Crossfit, we want to encourage you to be your BEST YOU! To be your fittest! To embrace better nutrition, fitness and overall wellness.
The challenge will be based on a point system, here are the details:
30 Day challenge, May 4th-June 2nd. Measuring total fitness based on nutrition, metabolic conditioning, strength and health.
- Each WOD completed – 10 points (Get to the gym & WOD)
- Body fat % change – 50 points per % (Will Measure Friday or Monday)
- CrossFitTotal (1RM for Back Squat, Strict Press, Deadlift) % improvement – 50 points % improvement
- Wodify Nutrition Journal – 10 points for each day entered, plus extra 50 points for a complete week and an extra 50 points for the entire 30 days.
- Complete Benchmark Baseline WOD (TBA) and re-measure with 5 points for each additional rep completed from initial performance.
- Post a Whole 30 recipe on BCCF community Facebook page -5 points
Good LUCK to ALL! We will be discussing this in detail all week! For this challenge we will be following a Whole 30 eating plan. Kelly, our BCCF Dietitian, will be discussing how to tweak the whole 30 plan(portions/macro-nutrients) for optimal results!!!! We will measure every Monday to hold you accountable & keep you moving in the right direction! We will also be giving you an accountability partner!!! Before/After pics required.
