Intermediate:
6+ x 600m, jog 200m btwn

4+ x 200m, rest 45 sec btwn
4+ x 400m, rest 1:45 min btwn
4+ x 600m, rest 2:45min btwn
Elite:
2 x 5k Time Trials, rest 10min btwn
