Snatch grip deadlift to the knee pause, return to ground and immediately pull a full squat snatch

Single leg, weight in right hand bend over while and touch ground in front of left foot, return to standing. only one foot on the ground. Keep back and opposite leg straight
B2: GH Raise (3 x 5)
start parrallell to ground and raise to vertical
