BCCF will be holding an information/introductory session for those new to CrossFit. This is designed to give you more information about CrossFit: including the methodology, terminology, resources, programs and what BCCF can offer you. This is a free informational class with an optional short workout at the end.
BCCF will hold two sessions in September:
Wednesday, September 9th at 6pm
Saturday, September 19th at 8am
****Our next On-Ramp Course will begin September 21st. We will start taking reservations for the course. Space is limited.
