10 SDHP (95/65)(lvl=75/55)

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 Minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Lunges
Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .
D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 Minutes of:
30 Double-Unders (lvl=15)
10 Toes to Bar (lvl=5)
