Buffalo Creek CrossFit – CrossFit Endurance

The workout this morning is a HERO WOD which is usually longer and harder than your typical workouts. EVA is known to be one of the hardest endurance CrossFit benchmark WODS.

You have a few options with this workout. You can complete the entire workout on your own, complete half of it, or partner with someone. It depends on where you are at with your endurance/fitness. Let’s test it!!

Eva (Time)

5 rounds for time:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swing, 70# / 53#
30 Pull-ups
