Push, pull, rotate, and stabilize. We ask our shoulders to do a lot work in CrossFit. If you are missing range of motion or have tight muslces and fascia, you’re asking your shoulders to do a lot of work while not being at 100% capability. Now get after those shoulders! You need them strong and supple for today’s workout.
