Have you always been into sports? If so what did you play, events you have done, fitness routines you have tried?
I played soccer and basketball while I was in school, ran a couple 5k’s and competed in a couple crossfit competitions. I found crossfit in 2010 at CFW and was hooked from then on. In 2014 I injured my back and took 9 months off, but with some engorgement from josh I got back at it. I am currently working to get back to where I was before my injury.
Biggest CF accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment so far, would have to be getting my 125# squat snatch. This is a big goal for me since my injury
Cf goal for the future?
My goals for the future are to continue to get stronger in all my lifts, and one day maybe hit 15 unbroken ring muscle ups.
Favorite past time?
My favorite past times would have to be playing outside with my kids, going to professional sporting events, and when I have time to brew beer.
Favorite cheat meal?
There are so many it’s tough to choose, but I guess I would have to say pizza and beer.
What would you tell someone who is scared to try crossfit?
Don’t be afraid. Just give it a try. You might surprise yourself and really love it. I know I do!
