PLAY, EVENTS YOU DONE, FITNESS ROUTINES YOU HAVE TRIED?
Most of my life I have been a runner. I’ve done 6 half marathon’s and many 5,10 and 15k races. I have also practiced Yoga for years.
BIGGEST CF ACCOMPLISHMENT?
My biggest accomplishment has to be doing the Rookie Rumble Competition. I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone!
CF GOAL FOR THE FUTURE?
My goal for the future would have to be toes to bar and handstand push-ups. I am determined to get those down one of these days!
FAVORITE PAST TIME?
My favorite past time is definitely CrossFit! I cannot get enough of it!
FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
My favorite cheat meal is Mexican Food. It is my guilty pleasure.
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE WHO IS SCARED TO TRY CROSS FIT?
It is intimidating, but you must try it. I promise you it will not be something you’ll regret. You will meet a ton
of amazing and encouraging people that will push and challenge you along the way. I am always eager to brag about Buffalo Cree CrossFit, saying how amazing and supportive everyone is! Love my BCCF Fam!!
