No. Unless you count ballet and dance team. I was usually the girl who got picked last in gym.
BIGGEST CF ACCOMPLISHMENT?
My 95 lb thruster at the 45 Showdown competition. I had already beat my PR of 85lb, so I thought no way was that getting up over my head, but there was still time on the clock, so I had to try. I was totally in shock.
CF GOAL FOR THE FUTURE?
To be able to do a pull up. And to get toes to bar. My 2 nemesis.
Favorite Pastime?
Bargain shopping, reading, and watching movies

Pizza and beer
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE WHO IS SCARED TO TRY CROSSFIT?
What would you tell someone who is scared of CrossFit? Don’t be scared! I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would and could be doing the things I am doing today. CrossFit isn’t just made of really good elite athletes. There is no judgement if you have to scale a movement. The only thing you will hear is the cheers coming from everyone as you finish a workout. And everyone is welcoming. And we all keep each other accountable. Together we help each meet our individual goals.
