Endurance WODs are done at 5am on Tuesdays/Thursdays in front of BCCF.

Novice:

5-6  x 600m, jog 200m btwn

or

3 x 200m, rest 45 sec btwn

3 x 400m, rest 1:45 min btwn

3 x 600m, rest 2:45min btwn

Intermediate:

6+ x 600m, jog 200m btwn

or

4+ x 200m, rest 45 sec btwn

4+ x 400m, rest 1:45 min btwn

4+ x 600m, rest 2:45min btwn

Elite:

2 x 5k Time Trials, rest 10min btwn
