A: Sandbag Complex (3 complete sets, rest 2mins btwn sets)

Complex: sandbag get up + sandbag lunge each leg + sandbag step up high knee each leg + sandbag backwards lunge each leg & back to starting position on the ground. Immediately switch sandbag to the other shoulder and complete complex again.
