Remote Coaching is for people who don’t have the ability to train at Buffalo Creek, but want top quality programming, have a specific set of needs or goals, are comfortable training on their own, and need to be held accountable. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone new to the world of health and fitness, our coaches can help.
Buffalo Creek CrossFit offers private coaching for all types and levels of athletes. Whether you’re training to qualify for the Boston Marathon, pushing towards completing your first Ironman, or competing at local/regional CrossFit competitions we plan to push you to go further than you’d go alone.
Our dedicated staff of certified professionals in Wellness, CrossFit (Strength & Conditioning) and Nutrition understand exactly where you need to start. As a team, we’ll take a look at the entire picture, draft your training blueprint and help you to hit your goals in less time.
What you get:
- Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your goals, current nutritional and lifestyle habits, and physical capabilities (via phone or FaceTime).
- Assessment: Initial testing of your structural balance and energy systems.
- Program Design: A customized training program that is based on initial assessments and reviewed by your coach weekly.
- Support: Ongoing support and review. A 30-minute check-in and review every 4–6 weeks with your coach to discuss your program and ensure continued success (via phone, FaceTime or Skype); as well as unlimited text/email support for you to clarify your program and/or update progress.
